I have made up a basic template for a box for posting matchbox cars in the form of a PDF file. All you need to do is to overlay it on some cardboard (Preferably corrugated) and then cut along the dotted lines, and fold away. Tip: Press a ruler into the lines. It makes the cardboard easier to fold.
